PIN Debit
PIN Debit is a phone account managed by the inmate rather than the family.
What Is PIN Debit?
PIN Debit is a phone account managed by the inmate rather than the family. The inmate uses their personal identification number (PIN) to place calls and the cost is deducted from their own account balance. Family members can deposit money directly into the inmate's PIN Debit account, and the inmate can call any approved number on their facility call list. PIN Debit calls are generally less expensive per minute than collect calls.
A family deposits $20 into their loved one's PIN Debit account through ConnectNetwork. The inmate can then use those funds to call any approved number on their list, not just one designated family phone number.
