VideoGram

VideoGram is a Securus feature that allows families to send a short pre-recorded video message to an incarcerated loved one. VideoGrams are reviewed by staff before delivery and are viewed by the inmate on their tablet or kiosk. VideoGrams are distinct from live video visits which occur in real time at a scheduled time.

What Is VideoGram?

A VideoGram is a short recorded video that a family member creates and sends through their Securus account. Unlike a live video visit which requires both parties to be available at the same time, a VideoGram is recorded at any time and delivered asynchronously for the inmate to watch when available.

VideoGram availability depends on whether the facility has enabled the feature through Securus. Check your account dashboard for availability. VideoGrams go through staff review before delivery. They are a good option when scheduling a live video visit is difficult.
