Oklahoma Prison Communication Directory

Oklahoma operates its state prison system through the Oklahoma Department of Corrections (ODOC). Securus Technologies is the phone provider for all ODOC state facilities. Each facility has a unique outbound phone number to help prevent calls from being labeled as spam by mobile carriers. Save the specific calling number for your loved one's facility in your contacts to avoid missing calls. All non-privileged calls are recorded and monitored. Three-way calling, call forwarding, and spoofed numbers are blocked and misuse results in call restrictions.

Oklahoma banned physical mail from entering state prisons in September 2024. All non-legal mail is sent to a processing center in Dallas, Texas for digital scanning before delivery. Legal mail is still delivered directly to the facility. Families who previously mailed letters directly must now send to the Dallas processing center. Contact the facility or the ODOC website for the current Dallas processing center address. Publications must be sent directly from the publisher.

Oklahoma county jails use their own phone providers which differ from ODOC state prisons. Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City uses NCIC Inmate Communications at 800-943-2189. Cleveland County Detention Center in Norman also uses NCIC. Securus handles ODOC state prisons. Always confirm which provider serves the specific facility before setting up any account.
