ConnectNetwork powered by GTL and ViaPath Technologies is the primary platform for phone calls at all TDOC state facilities. The per-minute rate for ConnectNetwork decreased to $0.075 effective July 1, 2024. Tennessee does not permit inbound telephone calls for inmates. All calls are outbound from the facility.
